We are now looking for an experienced assignment leader/project manager focused on multidisciplinary assignments.  

With us, you will be part of a strong team working broadly within community development across the country. We work to create attractive and sustainable cities and communities. Our clients include municipalities, regions, and government agencies as well as private actors.

You will drive assignments together with your colleagues primarily within road and railway projects. The assignments can vary in scope and be in the early stages of the planning process as well as in the later stages such as construction documents to completed facilities.

As an assignment leader, you will lead and coordinate assignments with responsibility for budget, timelines, and follow-up with a focus on the client.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree in civil engineering, road and water construction, or similar.

We see that you have several years of experience in leadership roles within infrastructure and construction projects, and an understanding of design and the related processes.

Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as experience or a willingness to work in an international environment.

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience and interest in some of the following areas:

• Multidisciplinary assignments with high demands on quality and structure.
• Having held the role of design leader.
• Experience of projects from the contracting stage.
• Knowledge of the Swedish Transport Administration's various stages according to the planning process.
